The present study was in the research line „Promotion of human resources management and its relationship with organizational processes“, which was established in the Master`s program management of health and care services. A quasi-experimental design was used for the research, with a population of 45 supervising nurses from a female public hospital with a minimum of 5 years in function participating only 20 licensed practical nurses at the time of the educational program. For the collection of information, it was estimated in a pre-test before the educational program and with a post-test after the application of the educational program. The instrument consisted of two parts. The first part for personal, professional and academic data; and a second part, which consists of 35 elements with three alternatives for their choice, without distractions, according to the knowledge variables. The validation of the instrument elements was determined by Richardson`s Kuder coefficient, whose declared coefficient was 0.74 reliability.
