Fox Rent a Car Legal Department

I rented from Fox in Seattle. On the second day, the car showed low tire pressure. I filled the tire and continued across the state. The next day, low tire pressure again. I filled it out and started calling Fox. When I finally caught someone after half an hour and two phone calls. The girl told me to take her to the Walmart service center and gave me a phone number to call back. When I brought it to Walmart, they said there was a nail in the tire and apparently it was there when I rented the vehicle. They had noticed a mark on the tire where the nail was. They told me they couldn`t fix the tire and that a new tire would be needed. I couldn`t reach Fox, but the guys at Walmart told me to fix an apartment to take me across the state. I called Fox every day via email and phone and no one answered.

Not a single phone message or email has ever been answered. They did not want to tackle this problem. That was my problem now. I continued my journey by repairing an apartment. When I went back to Seattle and returned the car, I was told that the car should be removed because it had over 80,000 miles. The main thing is that you do not rent from FOX! “No one cares, no one disturbs” is their motto. Fox Cr was founded in 1989 and has seen a great flowering of its growth thanks to the hard work of its founders. Currently, it offers its services at 19 major airports in the United States, offering customers the choice of foreign and domestic vehicles at good discounted rates.

We made a one-way rental from TPA to MIA in December 2021. They refused to provide an invoice at the time of rent repayment and did not email one as promised. When I received my bank statement, they had charged almost double what was on the contract. They did not respond to 3 different attempts to reach the source of the overload. I denied the fraudulent allegation to USAA. Fox told USAA that I returned the car with an empty tank. I was very careful to return the car half full because I had paid in advance for half a tank of gas. Do I need to take a picture of the fuel gauge with a timestamp?!?! My rental experience with Fox was good. The car provided was fun to drive, met my travel requirements. My problem is lost and found with their customer service.

I got the car back to the Denver plant on time. Shortly after I left, however, I realized that I had left my phone in the front seat area. It was completely my fault. I followed the Fox process and sent customer service an email with the required information. The problem I have with Fox is why it takes more than five days to inform me that the phone is lost or will be restored forever. This is a lack of efficiency for a company as large as Fox. I believe that as a company, they should be able to offer a better customer service experience in terms of lost and found service. Absolutely the worst company I`ve ever dealt with. We arrived at their location in Las Vegas at 2am.

Never knowing it wasn`t located at the car rental desk where all the other providers are. I never informed that we would have to take 2 shuttles to get to their location. Once there, we waited 45 minutes to be waited. There were only 2 other people online in front of us. We paid the $36 fee to leave half a tank. We ensure that we are not charged any additional fuel costs. We were told clause 5. Select a vehicle. Every vehicle was dirty inside and out. After a long flight .

a shuttle and a taxi. We were exhausted and just took a vehicle. We were checked with documents by a court employee.
